Department of Hospitality & Tourism, DAVIET organized an event of World chef choice federation on 28th Feb, 2021). Students from different colleges of hotel management also participated with us .Moreover, 15 celebrity master chef from the entire globe joined with us on this event and motivated our students but not only this the students who participated in this they got the certificates for showing their voluntary participation. After the successful event the chefs gave the motivational speech to the students. On the very next day the department conducted a guest lecture for the students of hotel management so that they could interact which the chefs and can get some inspiration from them this guest lecture was presented by a Celebrity chef Izzat Hussain .
Workshop on skill development program
Department had organized workshop on skill development program for the married women’s and for those who are planning to open their new venture not only this but the students of hotel management also join it. Moreover, it was conducted by Mr. Nitesh Thakur HOD department of hospitality and tourism in which he taught various recipes to the people who joined live on the Facebook channel DavietHm . Furthermore, this workshop was held for 5 days on our channel. End results were fruitful for the college.

Department had organized world tourism day for the students of Daviet and basically for the housewife’s who do not get a chance to showcase their hidden skills. In this event there was 3 type of activities for the participants such as, Cooking, Dancing & Painting. People participated from different part of India and was appreciated for showing there marvelous creativity.
