Department of Hospitality and tourism was established in 2019 to offer Bachelor of hospitality and tourism The department maintains an excellent teaching and learning environment with dedicated, qualified and dynamic faculty members and well equipped laboratories. The core competencies of the department include food production, food and beverage service, front office and housekeeping etc. The students of our department take up careers in various computing industries and large hotel companies, start-up companies, management companies and other government based research organizations.

Department of hospitality and tourism balances the practical and theoretical aspects and provide students with a background for professional employment and also to pursue further studies in the discipline. This course is design so that one can give the best hospitality to the guest/customer.

 In addition to main library, a Departmental Library has also been set up which has books covering diverse research areas. Our departmental library has front office, food production, food and beverage service, housekeeping books which a student can go and take the advantage of.
