On 17th May 2020, i.e. today we are organizing an Online Alumni Meet of the pass out students of Mechanical Engineering Department. The meet will be organized on the Cisco Webex Platform from 5:00 PM. We are sure that you will certainly mark this time to come down the memory lanes and make it available to be with your adorable teachers, mentors and not the least, your bosom friends and colleagues. Inauguration of DAVIET Alumni Chapter, Chandigarh Region

DAV Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jalandhar organized the inaugural function for DAVIET Alumni Chapter (Chandigarh Region) on March 16th, 2010 at Hotel Shivalik Hills, Sector-17, Chandigarh. The said event is an added feather in the ever-vibrant and happening world of DAVIET family. It is worth mentioning that this is the very first chapter which DAVIET Alumni Association has established. The response to the mentioned event was over-whelming and very encouraging as 22 Ex-DAVIETians with spouses out of 34 identified Alumni working in Chandigarh Region attended the inauguration of DAVIET Alumni Chapter. Dr. A.S. Arora, Principal, DAVIET was the Chief Guest on this auspicious day. Prof. C.L.Kochher, Patron of Alumni Association and Regional Director, DAV CMC, New Delhi congratulated the Alumni of the region for this momentous achievement in absentia as he was to attend a very urgent meeting. These were truly the moments of rejuvenation and reunion and the experience was experienced by all the Alumners.
