Students Grievance Redressal

To develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere, the Institute has devised a mechanism to the students for redressal of their grievances with regard to their complaints on academic and non-academic matters, grievances related to assessment, victimization, attendance, charging of fees, conducting of examinations, harassment by colleague students or teachers etc.

‘Student Grievance Redressal Committee’ comprising of the following faculty members has been constituted vide office order no. DAVIET: 2015-16/13401 dated: 11/01/2016 to deal with the grievances of the students:-

  • An aggrieved student can submit his/her complaint/grievance personally in the O/o.
    Dean (Student Affairs).
  • An aggrieved student can submit his/her complaint/grievance to any of the members of the Students Grievance Redressal Committee.
  • An aggrieved student can drop his/her complaint/grievance to any of the members of the Students Grievance Redressal Committee.
  • An aggrieved student can drop his/her complaint/grievance in any of the Suggestion Boxes placed in the Institute at Reception/Library/Canteen/Hostels.
  • An aggrieved student can email his/her complaint/grievance at studentsgrievance@ davietjal.org
