Hostel facility in general, is provided to the students for a period equal to the normal duration of the programme of their study. The hostels are within walking distance from the main building of the Institute. The years spent at the Institute hostels help them to strengthen their moral character and self-reliance. We attach great significance to the nature of life-style on the campus. Pure vegetarian food prepared under hygienic conditions at the kitchens located inside the hostels and is served in the student dining halls. Intake of tobacco in any form and any other intoxicants is strictly prohibited. While there are few restraints, one is lightly nudged to be a little sensitive to the needs of other residents. Students learn to take care of their personal needs and grow in a conducive environment, and pay attention to their own self.
