The department is supported by well furnished lecture halls with best layouts and architecture providing conducive environment for studies. Latest technologies including audio-visual aids are used to enhance the understanding of the concepts and to stimulate interest among students.

At DAVIET our intention is to keep the institute competitive in the field of technology applications in management education. This implies constantly innovating and adapting to changing environment.
The scope of the usage of IT has been made felt by not only creating a computer center in the department but also by providing the infrastructure backup in the libraries, class rooms, hostels, the internet facilities. We harness the role of technology as a critical enabler in all our operations and making relations with the industry, academicians and experts.

Our Philosophy

The idea is to use computers as strategic organizers to achieve the main goal– more resources at the student’s hands making IT a normal part of life in a cost effective manner.

WI-FI ZONE

In order to equip the students with the latest knowledge of happenings around the world the entire campus has been made a Wi-fi zone. Here the students are having a twenty-four hour access to the internet with their laptops as a part of their curriculum.

The department has two well furnished labs for the use of the students. Each lab has special features of its own making it unique. Each lab has the capacity of thirty computers with broadband internet facilities and latest softwares loaded in it to enable students to be vigilant enough for upcoming trends in the field of management, general awareness and technological changes occurring around the globe. We also provide a group discussion room and a language lab equipped with latest facilities and hi-tech equipments for enhancing communication skills of the students

LIBRARY RESOURCES

Core knowledge is the key to success. Keeping this objective in view, the institute has provided the best state of art library with air-conditioned reading rooms having finest collection of latest edition books, current journals and magazines etc. It has been ensured that books from all disciplines are available to the students to enrich their intellectual and analytical skills.
