The objective of Prisma is to create a horizon where great minds meet and work together for emerging technology. It is a strong effort towards recognizing and supporting the new ideas which will revolutionize the current trends in technology. Here it intends to provide a platform for exploiting talents and aspired to create an ambience for a culture of technical development.
PRISMA, the community of --Dynamic, Intellectual, Pragmatic, Innovative and Technically extraordinary DAVIETians was incorporated with the divine vision of creating tech-oriented professionals.
Its here where several masterminds put in their contribution in the field of technology to provide apt solution to the common software as well as hardware problems. This society has been organising several technical events since its inception, to foster fresh talent as well as the experienced to come ahead and show their caliber. Not only does it provide a platfom to participate but also to learn and teach while you are a member of it.
So, “Learn and Make others Learn” is its strategy. The pride of DAVIET- PRERNA, of which we all boast of is an outcome of PRISMA itself. Staff and students put in joint efforts to attain the common objective i.e. Self, Social & Technical Development because we believe that the future lies in the hands of such technocrats.

A Technical Fest Spark 2007 was organized to provide a platform for budding engineers to showcase their talent and creativity and is also a meeting ground for students of different streams to exchange ideas and thoughts. During these festivals, many events like paper presentation, technical debates, group discussion programming, online coding contests, Quiz and LAN gaming etc are conducted.
