SEVEN B.TECH. STUDENTS OF DAVIET PLACED WITH CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD

Seven final year students from DAV Institute of Engg. & Technology, Jalandhar have secured placements at M/s Cushman & Wakefield, Gurgaon. The company  is the premier real estate services firm in the world, with over 12,000 employees operating from 56 countries and six continents. Delivering customized services and solutions by actively advising, implementing, and managing on behalf of landlords, tenants, and investors through every stage of the real estate process.                                                                     
The company had conducted a campus at DAV Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jalandhar wherein the final year students from Electrical Mechanical & Civil  Engineering participated. After screening the students through various rounds of interviews, 4 students were selected from Civil Engineering, 2 from Mechanical Engineering & 1 from Electrical Engineering discipline. The company offered a starting annual package of Rs. 3.00 lacs to all selected students.

To the institute’s credit, more than 300 placement offers have been made to the final year students  who have been placed with renowned companies like Infosys, Wipro Technologies, Computer Sciences Corporation, Satyam Computers, Tech Mahindra, Birlasoft, Syntel, L & T Infotech, L & T (ECC Division), US Technology, Perot Systems, Sasken, i-flex Solutions, Persistent systems, Patni Computers, Honeywell, IVP and Shapoorji & Pallonji Co.
