RULES & REGULATIONS

 

  • All the past students of the Institute will be eligible to attend Annual Convention on payment of registration fee.   
  • The alumni association fund will be maintained by Institute under separate head of account to which the following shall be credited:
    Membership fees received from the present students.
    All money received from the alumni as grants, gifts, donations, benefactions  
  • The expenses towards the activities of the alumni association will be made out of the fund of the association.  
  • The accounts and other relevant accounts of the alumni association will be maintained by the Institute and duly audited by the auditors while auditing the Institute accounts.  
  • The Alumni Association may have sub-centers in other city within the country or abroad, for batter co-ordination of the activities of the association.  
  • An executive body consisting of the following members is constituted for smooth conduction of the affair
